Subscription Benefits

Since I am getting close to my annual subscription renewal time, let me share some of my perspective on Autodesk Subscription.  The benefits are wonderful – from e-learning to support, to new releases like the Subscription Advantage Pack.  As the contract administrator, I want my users to have access to as much training and support as we can afford in these tight times.

In this case, Autodesk Subscription includes access directly to some of the best support technicians I know.   Have you struggled with AutoCAD products?  Have you tried, and failed to find a workaround to a sticky problem?  Are you on subscription?

The answer could be found by submitting a subscription support request.  

“Matt, So how do you do that?”

Point your browser to subscription.autodesk.com and logon.

If you don’t have access to the site, find your contract administrator and ask them to add you to the subscription site.   If you get resistance, mention the benefits of subscription.  At the least, get them to enable web support and e-learning, but not downloads.

Once you have your account, you should now be able to get access to your subscription benefits directly from the product.
