Hydraflow Storm Sewer and Hydrographs

Last week, I tweeted about needing Hydraflow Storm Sewer STM files for some testing.  While I have received some files at this time, I would love to get some more.  [See bottom of post]  However,  I am writing this post more to share something nice about the STM (Storm Sewer) and GPW (Hydrograph) files and the data they contain.

To ease the transferability of STM and GPW files, the rainfall used in those both models is included in the STM and GPW files.

For example, a GPW contains the Precip Data within the first few lines of the file:

For Storm Sewers, the data is at the tailend of the STM file:

So when sharing your Storm Sewer or Hydrograph files, there is no need to send your PCP or IDF files!

If you would like to share some Hydraflow Storm Sewer files, I would be happy to use them in some testing!   Feel free to email me:  anderson at jaseng dot com.
